Last May I was lucky enough to witness Kraftwerk live in Milwaukee, and the show changed my life. I made this mix in dedication to that feeling I had from first entering the show, and experiencing a wave of emotion akin to meeting your long lost parent or something along those lines. Absolutely brilliant. This mix was recorded LIVE @ The Highbury during the Kraftwerk dedication night I held the following Friday after the wshow. It features all Kraftwerk tracks. This includes material from their huge library of 20+ albums from 1970 to 2005. For many, it was a great learning experience to listen to the sounds that have shaped and inspired our electronic music scene. The tracklisting is pretty intense, so if you're really into the mix and need a track ID I suggest downloading the ZIP file that is tracked out with a tracklisting available only at WiscoJazz.com.
